British Petroleum PLC - Customer Management System

BP had a requirement to manage their pan-European CRM system, entailing the installation (across 9 countries), support and customisation of third party software. The application enabled the client's sales staff to manage their customers with up-to-the-minute contact, visit and pricing information, via remote data synchronisation. In addition to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the application, we added substantial enhancements to improve the functionality and user-friendliness of the system.

MPower - Web-based CRM System

We have taken the CRM concept and coupled it with the hugely powerful potential that the world wide web has made available. The result is MPower.
