British Petroleum PLC - Invoicing System

Commodity pricing structures in the ultra-competitive gas and power sector are hugely complex. In addition, quantities sold frequently run into millions of units. It is therefore imperative that any system that processes such figures does so to extreme degrees of accuracy - the slightest error could cost hundreds of thousands of pounds.

We are therefore proud that the client chose our invoicing system ahead of products by well known established names in the software business.

British Petroleum PLC - Data Protection Audit System

A large paper-based questionnaire consisting of almost 100 pages was transformed into a fully functional Microsoft Access database, with seamless connections to Outlook. This enabled our client to reduce considerably the time required to assess and enforce data protection levels across their numerous subsidiary companies.

Thames Valley Primary Care Agency - Patient Allocations System

TVPCA is responsible for administration of National Health Service care in an area containing over 750 general practitioners. We designed and developed a patient allocations system ('MAPS') that has vastly improved the productivity of staff, reducing allocation request handling times from 40 minutes down to two. This has allowed the client to meet comfortably the government's targets for assigning patients to GPs.
